Some useful ideas are kept in my mind which wants to implement at my work place learn during 21 days librarians In-service course at ZIET Bhubneshwar from 15.02.2024 to 06.03.2024
1- Activities organise in my school according to NCF-2023
2- I make a reading corner to develope personality and critical reading skills/thinking of the students.
3- I prepare a plan for collection development for children's with special need/ disable students in print and electronic forms.
4- I enrich the electronic devices like digitalmedia screen, headphones and others for both normal and special needed students.
5- I provide reading materials in others languages.
6- I plan to make a special cell for junior classes students to improve their reading habits.
7- I want to prepare a newsletter for the library in microsoft publisher 2016
8- I want to make a digital library in e-granthalaya 4.0
